ARTISTIC PROGRAMING

Director of Digital Media/ Graphic Design

Responsible for all season marketing materials and promotional content including but not limited to the creation of season logos, promotional videos, and all printed marketing materials. Works under Director of Marketing, Communications and Development.

 

INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Marketing and Communications Associate:

Responsible for the postings on all social media about upcoming performances, classes and auditions. Also responsible for the upkeep of the website and any publications needed including but not limited to press releases, playbill creation, ticket creation and educational material. Works under Director of Marketing, Communications and Development 

 

Volunteer Coordinator:

Works under the Director of Patron Services. Responsible for aquiring all season voulenteers including but not limited to; ushers, production assistance (IE painters, stichers, riggers), and pre-show vouleenteers. May be asked to house manage. 

 

PRODUCTION

General and Production Manager

Acting leasion between executive staff, administration staff, and production staff. Responsible for overseeing the full production, coordinating meetings between departments, managing show specific budgets, keeping an organized time table for all departments and provide assistiance in facilitating/ adressing any problems that may arise. Works under the Artistic Director/ Executive Director.

Costume Designer 

Designer for any specific show. Works under the show director, artistic staff and stage managment team. Responsible for the creation of all "looks" each character has. Responsible for all costume related budgets, scheduling fittings with stage managment, pulling, finding, or building all costumes needed, and act as a dresser for the production. **This position receives a stipend**

 

ADMINISTRATION

Office Manager 

Prepare everyday attendance records and maintain reports for all receipts and cash deposits for box office. Supervise efficient development and implementation of all ticket office policies and procedures as per customer requirement. Run theaters box office durring shows. Also resposible for but not limited to the scheduling of classes, auditions and special events, and keeping track of all merchindise sold during pre-show/ intermission. Works under Director of Human Resources/ Managing Director and Director of Patron Services. 

 

EDUCATION/ COMMUNITY OUTREACH
